Business Analyst Oracle HCM – Modules RH (Performance & Compensation)
Pour soutenir la phase de test et d’adoption d’Oracle HCM Cloud, nous recherchons un Business Analyst avec de solides bases fonctionnelles RH.
Rôle : rédaction de cas de test, suivi de campagnes SIT & UAT, interface entre utilisateurs, intégrateurs et Product Owners.
Compétences : méthodologie agile, documentation, coordination des tests, bonne connaissance des modules Performance & Compensation.
Langues : anglais courant, français apprécié
