We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack Staff Engineer with a strong bias toward action and a drive to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
In the Akeneo organisation, each Product Line operates independently under a Single Threaded Owner (STO) at VP level. Within each Product Line, multiple Area Single Threaded Owners (Area-STOs) at Director level oversee several Impact Teams. Each Impact Team, led by an Impact Owner, comprises approximately eight engineers, designers and PMs who work autonomously, following their own processes and methodologies.

As a foundational member of this team, you will play a key role in shaping its direction, driving technical excellence, and delivering real value to our users—one impactful step at a time. You will be expected to own, drive and contribute code to projects to ensure their successful impact within a given appetite.
In this role, you will create solutions to complex problems, optimise existing systems and ensure seamless integration across various technologies and platforms. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our engineering initiatives and team.Reporting directly to the Single Threaded Owner (STO), who is extremely passionate about delivering this impact, you will collaborate closely with teams of engineers, product managers, designers and external stakeholders.
