▶️ Direction et suivi global du programme de transformation dans le domaine du retail

▶️ Supervision de l’intégration technique Mainframe → SAP
▶️ Reporting régulier auprès de la direction et des parties prenantes
▶️ Support aux décisions stratégiques liées à l’architecture et au déploiement du projet
▶️ Gestion des risques et identification des points critiques
▶️ Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des livrables
✅ 15 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de programmes IT complexes
✅ Expertise avérée sur la migration et intégration Mainframe vers SAP
✅ Connaissance approfondie des systèmes retail, master data et OMS
✅ Capacité à piloter des équipes mixtes (internes et externes)
✅ Leadership, communication et sens des priorités

Vous intervenez dans un contexte technique et organisationnel sur un projet de transformation majeur, visant à migrer les systèmes Mainframe et Master Data vers SAP.
Votre rôle consiste à piloter le programme, coordonner les équipes internes et prestataires, assurer l’intégration et garantir la réussite du projet dans le respect des délais et du budget.
