Développeur ServiceNow ToulouseEn tant que Développeur/Développeuse ServiceNow, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et la maintenance de solutions sur la plateforme. Vos responsabilités incluront :
Développement : Concevoir, coder et configurer des applications et des modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) en utilisant JavaScript, GlideScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows, etc.
Intégration : Mettre en place et maintenir des intégrations bidirectionnelles avec d'autres systèmes (API REST/SOAP).
Maintenance & Support : Assurer le support technique de niveau 3 et l'amélioration continue de la plateforme.
Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les analystes fonctionnels, les architectes et les parties prenantes pour transformer les besoins métiers en solutions techniques robustes.
Documentation : Rédiger et maintenir une documentation technique claire et complète.
Maîtrise du développement sur la plateforme ServiceNow (Must-Have).
Excellente connaissance de JavaScript et des technologies web (HTML, CSS).
Expérience avec les modules clés (idéalement ITSM et/ou ITOM).
Solide expérience dans l'implémentation et la configuration de Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, et ACLs.
Expérience en intégration (Web Services : REST/SOAP).
Certification ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ou équivalent est un plus.
