Portfolio ManagerNous recherchons un Portfolio Manager expérimenté pour accompagner une Digital Factory internationale dans le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel de son portefeuille de projets digitaux.
🎯 Objectif de la mission :
Assurer la coordination, la visibilité et la performance d’un portefeuille de produits digitaux à fort impact business, au sein d’une organisation agile, multiculturelle et en forte croissance.
Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
Sens du pilotage budgétaire et stratégique.
Leadership naturel et goût pour l’animation transverse.
Maîtrise des outils de suivi / reporting (Excel, PowerBI, ou équivalents).
Rigueur, proactivité et sens de l’amélioration continue.
Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
Contexte : Digital Factory internationale – 300 collaborateurs – 30 squads – forte culture agile et collaborative.
Localisation : Paris (2ᵉ arrondissement)
Télétravail : 2 jours / semaine
Démarrage : Décembre 2025 / Janvier 2026
Durée : 12 mois renouvelables

Consultant(e) ou PMO / Portfolio Manager ayant déjà évolué dans un environnement digital, produit ou IT global, maîtrisant la gouvernance agile et la gestion de portefeuille projets à grande échelle.
⚙️ Vos principales responsabilités :1. Pilotage stratégique et financier
Suivi des budgets, anticipations des dérives et reporting financier.
Mise en place et suivi des KPIs de performance (budget investi, valeur générée, utilisateurs, HSE).
Évaluation de la maturité et de l’avancement des projets.
2. Gestion de la planification et coordination
Préparation et diffusion des supports pour les instances de pilotage.
Suivi des étapes clés et des livraisons projets.
Animation du Capacity Planning (ressources, budgets, priorités).
3. Animation et amélioration continue
Animation d’une communauté de Portfolio Managers.
Coordination des initiatives transverses et amélioration des process.
Organisation de “Portfolio Days” pour favoriser la cohésion et le partage.
4. Communication et visibilité
Mise en avant des réalisations et initiatives de la Digital Factory.
Communication claire et synthétique du portefeuille auprès des parties prenantes.
