Compétences indispensables :
Solide expérience en ingénierie réseaux (Campus, WiFi, contrôle d’accès, MPLS, SDWAN, connectivité Cloud)
Conception et mise en œuvre (BUILD) : études de faisabilité, estimations de coûts, documents d’architecture, intégration des besoins réseau et sécurité
Exploitation et support (RUN – Niveau 3) : gestion des incidents/problèmes complexes, expertise technique N1/N2, participation aux cellules de crise
Coordination avec les fournisseurs/opérateurs
Rédaction de livrables (spécifications techniques, documentation Build-to-Run, reporting régulier)
Esprit d’amélioration continue et partage de connaissances
